Rickie Golden

Rickie Golden is President of JECSP, an offshoot company of Corcoran Jennison Companies, where she creates and develops large-scale, urban mixed-use projects that have a strategy for public benefit. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (Bachelor’s, 2005, Art History) and Harvard University Graduate School of Design (Master’s, 2012, MDes Real Estate Development), Rickie previously worked in development in New York City.

Her volunteer, non-profit work focuses on affordable housing and community development. She is a member of the Alumni Council of the Graduate School of Design at Harvard, a member of the Board of Trustees of the BSA Foundation, a member of the Development Committee of B’nai B’rith Housing and Co-Chair of its Gen2Gen housing policy and advocacy group, Vice Chair of the Urban Land Institute Responsible Property Investment Council, a member of the Development Committee of YouthBuild USA, an Editorial Board Member of ArchitectureBoston Magazine, and holds a variety of leadership positions at CJP. She has lectured and spoken on panels at Boston College, Boston University Law School, Harvard University Graduate School of Design, The Boston Society of Architects and the Urban Land Institute.
