Joseph E. Corcoran Center for Real Estate and Urban Action Launches at Boston College
Congratulations to TACC’s Founder and Board Chair, Joseph E. Corcoran, on the launch of the Joseph E. Corcoran Center for Real Estate and Urban Action at Boston College.
Speaking with The Boston Globe, Andrew Boynton, Dean of the Carroll School of Management, said the new center will teach students that real estate can be a catalyst for positive change. “Students will learn about development not just intellectually, but socially in terms of giving back and understanding how real estate can turnaround neighborhoods.”
You can read more about the launch in The Boston Globe and The Boston College Chronicle.
Through the TACC Summer Internship Program, TACC has been supporting undergraduate student engagement and the opportunity to contribute to local neighborhood revitalization efforts though hands-on internships working in vital community organizations in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood.
TACC supports Joseph E. Corcoran’s vision and looks forward to future collaborations with the new center.
