Northeastern Co-op Fellowship/Co-ops in Service to our Neighbors Program

Each year, TACC welcomes two Northeastern fellows (January-June; July-December). The fellow will learn about the organization's core activities and meaningfully contribute to our three programs.

Roxbury Worx Project Manager

The Roxbury Worx Project Manager at TACC manages project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for successful implementation of the overall Roxbury Worx project including facilitation of monthly Roxbury Worx partners meetings, implementation and growth of community engagement strategies, and planning and outreach for the annual Roxbury Worx Conference. In addition, the Project Manager implements life sciences activities including World of Work life sciences industry exposure activities, the TACC Fellows Program, and life sciences awareness activities in communities (Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, East Boston).

Waterways Community Engagement Coordinator

The Community Engagement Coordinator collaborates with waterfront and community partners to expand access to and resident advocacy for the waterfront in the Roxbury and Dorchester communities. The Coordinator implements TACC’s public waterfront programs, communications campaigns, and the Waterways Ambassadors Program. In addition, the Coordinator brings waterfront resources into the community including employment opportunities in the climate sector, sustains high-quality feedback loops with program participants, and maintains strong working relationships with waterfront and community partners so that resources are directed to and meet the needs of the communities TACC serves.
